Dieter Holzer, the Chief Executive Officer of Tom Tailor Holding has left the company's management board with immediate effect for personal reasons by mutual agreement with the supervisory board. The supervisory board has appointed management board member Heiko Schäfer as the new CEO on a provisional basis. Schäfer has served as the company's Chief Operating Officer since December 2015.

"Dieter Holzer had a substantial impact on the dynamic growth of Tom Tailor over a 10-year period and has decisively influenced the company's development. He led Tom Tailor to the stock exchange and expanded the scale of the company to a new level," said Uwe Schröder.

In addition, the supervisory board has delegated its Chairman, Uwe Schröder, in accordance with Section 105 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), to join the company's management board for a maximum period of one year. He will assume responsibility on an interim basis for issues related to products, sales and the collections.
