Emilio Pucci and Marcolin sign licensing deal

Leading eyewear group Marcolin is adding Emilio Pucci to its portfolio, joining the likes of Tom Ford, Balenciaga, Roberto Cavalli

and Diesel, after signing a worldwide exclusive licensing agreement with the Italian fashion house.

Marcolin will design, produce and distribute a collection of sunglasses and optical glasses for Emilio Pucci, by utilising the fashion brand’s history of colour and prints. The license is effective from January 2015 and will launch with the first sunglasses collection, which will then be followed by an eyewear launch.

Commenting on what the direction of the line, the company said it will "speak to an extremely feminine woman, embracing radiant and refined aesthetics and a luxury lifestyle in which creativity and minimalism will come together.”
