Philadelphia Small Business Fashion Week Fights Autism with Fashion

Philadelphia local boutiques and emerging fashion designers will come together for the Second Season of Philadelphia Small Business Fashion Week.

Philadelphia Small Business Fashion Week was founded and produced by Embacy Entertainment in 2013, the weeklong fashion week will showcase local boutiques / designers / vendors while making a positive impact in the local community. Philadelphia Small Business Fashion Week is geared to small business, this production gives them a platform to be heard. We have over 25 designers some traveling from as far as Venezuela to showcase out in this production. Woods Services is the official charity partner of PSBFW and portions of all event proceeds will be donated to this 501c3 organization. Woods Services provides the supports and services that enable individuals with disabilities to be empowered to achieve their highest potential and independence and live a fulfilling life. The private, non-profit organization provides educational, residential, health care, clinical and vocational supports and services to more than 600 children and adults with a unique model that drives greater achievement for individuals – and best practices for the industry.

WHY:

The goal is to link fashion's next great talents and fashion's next great retailers to consumers to: (1.) Support, collaborate, and demonstrate solidarity amongst small businesses and entrepreneurs, (2.) Continue generating revenues that will circulate within our communities thereby contributing to stimulating our economy, (3.) Reinvest in our in communities by partnering with charitable organizations of our choice.
