The Nordic Swan

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel works to reduce the environmental impact from production and consumption of goods, and to make it easy for consumers and professional buyers to choose the environmentally best goods and services. Since 1989 the voluntary eco labelling scheme has been an effective tool to help companies that want to go ahead with sustainable solutions in the nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The NSE applies to 60 different product groups counting more than 200 different product types.
