Alongside the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration, the Kering group is committed to the integration of young people, vulnerable people or people with disabilities. A partnership agreement will soon be signed.

“The proactive commitment of a large group like Kering in favour of inclusion strengthens our social cohesion. The excellence of French and European know-how in each of Kering's professions can be a compass for many young people or people in integration,” Brigitte Klinkert, a minister in the Government of France, confides in a press release.

Among its commitments, the luxury group plans concrete actions such as recruitment offers, work-study programs, mentorships and immersions within the framework of the youth employment contract, among other opportunities.

“At Kering, we place inclusion and diversity at the heart of our concerns. This is why we are proud to sign this agreement in favour of the integration of young people, vulnerable people or people with disabilities, which will allow us to welcome and develop new talents very soon. We are convinced that the diversity of our teams is a source of creativity, innovation and collective wealth and we are happy to continue our commitment through concrete actions such as this", explains Jean-François Palus, deputy CEO of Kering.

For the time being, no details on the date of signing of the agreement have been communicated. This new commitment is in line with the inclusion policy advocated by Kering. A few weeks ago, the luxury group announced appointments within its management team, aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion and which are part of its leadership and diversity strategy, launched in 2010.
