Buckle June comparable store sales down 5.8 percent

The Buckle said that its comparable store net sales, for the 5-week period ended July 1, 2017 decreased 5.8 percent. Net sales for the month decreased 5.9 percent to 73.6 million dollars compared to 78.3 million dollars for the prior year 5-week fiscal month ended July 2, 2016.

Comparable store net sales year-to-date for the 22-week period ended July 1, 2017 decreased 10.7 percent, net sales for the period decreased 10.8 percent to 347.3 million dollars from net sales of 389.2 million dollars for the prior year 22-week fiscal period ended July 2, 2016.
