Clarks has confirmed that its chief supply officer Antony Perillo will leave the company in June, the latest in a spate of senior departures at the British footwear retailer.

Commenting on the announcement in a statement, the brand said: “Clarks thanks Antony for the contribution he has made to our business in over 12 years with the company and wishes him and his family every success for the future back in New Zealand.”

The news comes just a week after Clarks announced its plans to close its advanced robot-assisted manufacturing factory in Street, Somerset, less than two years after it opened.

In December, the retailer confirmed that its UK head of sales, Victoria Frayne, and Ireland head of sales, Mark O’Driscoll, were both leaving the company.
