Launchmetrics, the platform that streamlines pr and marketing efforts for fashion and luxury brands, has bought the influencer pairing website Style Coalition.
Style Coalition, which puts brands in touch with influencers, and vice versa, will join a larger digital platform which at its core helps agencies and companies better understand the return of interest from their projects with influencers.
The merger will allow the company to create projects themselves, from postings in Instagram Stories and banners. The cost of the acquisition has not been announced, however Launchmetrics monitors over 500,000 websites and 100,000 influencers, and counts over 1,000 brand subscribers to their service.
It is estimated the company will close 2017 with revenues of 25 million dollars.
