Los Angeles - Los Angeles-based brand Poketo recently partnered with Brand Sense Partners (BSP) in order to improve itself as a leading designer brand in the lifestyle market. In this new partnership, BSP will handle all licensing endeavors for Poketo in the future.

BSP’s job for Poketo is to develop and manage a lifestyle licensing program that focuses retailers to help tell the story of a brand. When it comes to product design, BSP plans to bring in key retailers and develop multi-category programs to help inspire shoppers about the merchandise. Poketo was developed by founders Angie Myung and Ted Vadakan in 2003. The lifestyle brand first started as a way to help local artists sell their art by translating pieces into everyday products including notebooks, t-shirts, and wallets.

Now the brand has been the retail envy of many other design and retail spaces. By showcasing “Art for the Everyday,” which is an ethos of Poketo, the brand has been able to create a pretty popular following in Los Angeles. “[We] can now proudly say that we’ve touched millions of consumers by way of our boutiques, our retail collaborations, and through our dedicated fan base,” Myung Vadakan said in a statement. Fundamentally, with BSP’s help, Poketo will be able to grow as a concept to a much larger audience and a wider reach.
