Aéropostale to open 60 retail locations in Turkey

Authentic Brands Group has signed a multi-year license agreement with Turkish department store chain Boyner to bring the teen fashion brand Aéropostale to the Turkish market. According to WWD, 60 Aéropostale retail locations will be opened in Turkey throughout 2019, with 35 more to come until 2023.

“The combination of Aéropostale with this powerful retailer is something that we have worked to achieve for quite some time”, said Jarrod Weber, Group President, Lifestyle at Authentic Brands Group, to the publication.

Boyner currently operates 110 stores in Turkey. The department store chain will be the sole partner of Authentic Brands Group to manufacture and distribute Aéropostale items in the country.
