Barneys New York recently announced a new change in their executive staff. Josh Lieberman was just promoted to executive vice president of digital for the company as of Thursday, November 3.

Moving up from his previous position as senior vice president of digital marketing, Lieberman will oversee the digital and e-commerce business side of the company. As the new executive vice president, he will have a new range of responsibilities for Barneys New York. As reported by the Fashion Network, his new role will also include duties such as merchandising, operations, creative, marketing, and technology.

Lieberman has been with the New York-based label since 2012. He worked his way up from vice president of digital marketing to senior vice president until finally securing his current role. He previously worked as an associate partner and director for Rosetta according to his LinkedIn page.
