Not a single peep was heard, not even a mouse, as Bergdorf Goodman quietly unveiled their holiday windows Monday night, November 16, 2015 to a crowd on 57th Street. The unveiling of their holiday window displays is usually a major event, marked in the past by things like fireworks or choir children, but this year the department store kept the event low-key. The windows, done in partnership with Swarovski, are titled "Brilliant" and are done up with countless sparkles.

Of course, Bergdorf Goodman wasn't going to treat the unveiling of their window displays like a mundane act. They later celebrated with a cocktail reception of the third floor which was attended by members of the CFDA including Adam Lippes, Tanya Taylor, Steven Kolb, Ramon Martin, and Ryan Lobo.

The event was hosted by Bergdorf Goodman's fashion director Linda Fargo and Nadja Swarovski.

This holiday season for Bergdorf's is special because their five-year renovation plans for the fifth floor are underway. The renovation project is deemed "20/20" vision, signifying the planned finishing year of 2020.

The first phase of the remodel is “the opening of the jewelry,” Fargo explained to WWD of the partnership with Swarovski, some nine months in the making. “This was kind of a connecting of the dots.”
