As Colette is set to close in December, they are continuing their monthly takeover series. Next up in their month long takeover of their first floor will be Chanel, who will be doing a special sneaker collaboration with Pharrell Williams. The news first broke on WWD.

The shoe will be an Adidas Hu NMD shoe customized by Pharrell. An official image of the design has yet to be realized as Chanel and Colette work to build anticipation for the release.

Pharrell has become a muse for Chanel's artistic director Karl Lagerfeld. The musician has walked the runway for the brand, and has also appeared in their ad campaign for the Chanel Gabrielle bag.

Lagerfeld will also be designing an exclusive collaboration of limited-edition t-shirts for the pop-up.

Chanel will be taking over Colette's first floor from October 30 to November 25. Colette is officially set to close for good on December 25.

Items from Chanel's fall collection will drop on October 30, while items from the cruise collection will arrive on November 6.

Chanel plans on donating profits from the Colette pop-up to charity organizations affiliated with the Chanel Foundation. The organization is dedicated to improving the lives of girls and women worldwide.
