Fashion East announces AW15 line-up

Fashion East, the non-profit designer support scheme, has named the line-up for its autumn/winter 15 menswear installations at London Collections: Men in January.

Central St Martins graduate Grace Wales Bonner is the latest emerging talent to join the fashion incubator; she will make her debut on January 10 at the Rook and Raven Gallery.

Bonner joins returning menswear designers, including Edward Crutchley, a textile specialist and consultant for Louis Vuitton, accessories and jewellery designer Roxanne Farahmand, and jewellery designer Alan Crocetti returns for his second season.

They sit alongside British Fashion Award-winning womenswear duo Marques’Almeida, who will be presenting their menswear collection with Fashion East for the third time.

Also returning to the schedule with a salon show hosted by Fashion East is California-born, London-trained menswear designer Shaun Samson who will showcase his autumn/winter 2015 collection on January 10.

Director of Fashion East, Lulu Kennedy said: “I always love the fun energy of our presentations, with designers free to show their work away from the rules and pressure of the runway.

“This season I’m particularly thrilled to introduce radical new talent Grace Wales Bonner to our gang and to host a salon show for the brilliant Shaun Samson. Total talent all packed under one roof – it’s going to be buzzing!”

Fashion East was established in 2000 and has helped kick-start the careers of numerous British-based designers including Gareth Pugh, Richard Nicoll, Jonathan Saunders and Simone Rocha.
