Guess has tapped a L.A. native for its latest collaboration. The edgy brand has chosen Darren Romanelli in order to create a holiday-inspired capsule with Los Angeles roots.

The collection includes three styles of shirts that will be sold later this year in West Hollywood. The three styles will retail for 100 dollars each and will be available at Pancake Epidemic at Fred Segal. The shirts reflect Romanelli's upbringing in the city, infusing its culture along with the upcoming season. Romanelli decided to collaborate with the brand due to its influence in L.A. and his youth. “I grew up in L.A. in the Eighties so Guess was a big part of my youth. I think there [were] a few years in the mid-Eighties where I would wear Guess every day with my Jordans,” Romanelli told WWD.

The shirts have a Hawaiian-style feel along with tropical prints. With an emphasis on the holiday along with colorful, vibrant patterns, the shirts show off a playful, street style vibe. The capsule will be available at Fred Segal's West Hollywood location later this month.
