Oregrown Industries, a craft cannabis company, has joined forces with New Growth Clothing to develop a new line of clothing. The line will emphasize activewear and outdoor performance gear and will launch this fall.

In working with New Growth, Oregrown has decided to expand its company more into other areas. “New Growth is a natural partner for Oregrown as we continue to build out our lifestyle brand,” co-founder of Oregrown, Chrissy Hadar, said in a statement. While both companies share a mission to use locally manufactured, eco-conscious clothing with functional design aspects; the pairing is a natural fit. “Both companies are committed to local sourcing, but more than that, to supporting community members, artists, athletes, and local businesses run by people who are passionate about what they do,” Hadar said.

The Oregon-based garment company uses sustainable U.S. made fabrics for its clothing. Founded in 2011, the company chose Oregrown due to its commitment to sustainability. "Whether it's cannabis or clothing, Oregrown is all about doing something great. That's why they are a perfect fit for us,” co-founder Dan Bruton, said in a statement. Currently, New Growth offers various hoodies, graphic t-shirts, thermals, and more. Prices for the apparel range from 12 to 75 dollars approximately. The new line will launch this fall including knit beanies, performance hoodies, backpacks, and technical gear.
