Vans taps new Vice President of Marketing EMEA

Footwear and lifestyle label Vans has appointed Neil Schambra Stevens as its new Vice President of Marketing for its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

He succeeds, Jérémy de Maillard who left the brand this summer to take on the role of Vice President of Marketing EMEA at The North Face, another label owned by the VF Corporation. In his new role Steven has been tasked with increasing brand awareness, upholding the label's image and overseeing communications, initiatives and activations across all channels.

Stevens will be reporting to Jan Van Leeuwen, General Manager of Vans EMEA. Prior to taking on his new role at Vans, Stevens was global director for brand and content creation at Lenovo, Chinese technological firm. He has also held a number of roles for footwear brands such as Converse and Asics.
