Cole Haan just announced that it will be leaving quite the retail footprint with new store expansions in Asia. The brand has just confirmed by partnering with Sitoy Retailing that it will be rolling out over 20 more locations in Greater China in 2018.

The womenswear and menswear label is planning to open stores in Hong Kong, Macau, and China through various retailers. The brick-and-mortar openings start this summer and will continue on through the next year. “For almost 90 years, Cole Haan has been synonymous with quality, craftsmanship and vision," said Andrew Yeung, Sitoy Retailing Limited executive director and head of retailing, according to Vamp Footwear. “As we continue to focus strategically on our retail business, we are excited to bring this global lifestyle brand to the Chinese consumers.”

The formal deal entails a long-term e-commerce, retail, and wholesale plan in order to grow the lifestyle brand. As the brand has been international for some time, this immediate plan to aim for Asia will help in increasing its overall reach. Currently, Cole Haan has stores in Habour City, Festival Walk, and Timesquare in Hong Kong. Cole Haan also has nine in Mainland Chinas according to Retail News. This plan to continue to grow its customer base in Asia will be put in motion within the next year.
