Gabriele Maggio has replaced Corrado Masini as the new General Manager of Moschino, effective immediately. Masini had joined the company in September.

In a statement, announcing the change at Moschino, Massimo Ferretti, Executive Chairman of Moschino’s parent company Aeffe SpA said that the appointment of Gabriele Maggio represents an important step in our strategy aimed at securing a substantial growth for Moschino, within a global environment which throws challenges but also offers opportunities.

Maggio was earlier associated with Gucci for six years and served for over six years at Bottega Veneta. He is expected to utilise his international commercial and marketing experience to expand Moschino’s presence in the foreign markets. Two new Moschino boutiques were launched in Los Angeles and New York.

Other than Moschino, Aeffe has Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini and Pollini brands under its portfolio, and produces and distributes collections for Cédric Charlier and Jeremy Scott.
