Downtown Los Angeles is about to get a glitter makeover. Los Angeles-based designer Tarina Tarantino has officially confirmed her new Sparkle Factory that is set to debut next year. The project, which was originally scheduled to open in 2015, is now set to open Summer 2016.

According to Racked LA, Tarantino confirmed that the seven-story building will officially open next year. The reason for the project’s delay is a result of a major construction project that was happening right next to the building. Tarantino told the publication that parking was limited and also that renovations were being done to the building.

When the factory officially opens, it will serve as retail and office space for the 20-year-old brand. The retail space will offer the brand’s jewelry, beauty products and will also serve as a “Sparkle Factory.” In addition to having customers and employees at the historic building, the space will also have a showroom and studio. This way, the space will serve as a creative hub as well as a shopping place for customers.
