Young fashion and lifestyle brand Bench has relaunched its website to reflect its “change in direction” and to introduce its

 “fresh new look” to its consumers.

Showcasing its new Multipurpose City Clothing range, which features a “contemporary and functional-led approach” to product design to meet the demands of contemporary urban lifestyles, the website has been rebuilt with a more responsive design to support the increasing number of tablet and mobile users.

It is the “user friendly” features that are at the heart of the new site, including the addition of category listing pages and refined filter and search systems that allow consumers to search by product features rather than just the colour of price of the product. The new look website has also reduced the background noise to bring the product and content to the forefront, and with switchable views consumers will be given the clearest view of the product.

Matt Jeans, head of Bench e-commerce, said: “We’re all really proud of the new website. There’s been a lot of work involved to get to this point, not only with e-Commerce and the technical teams, but going right through from design, production and marketing. It’s fantastic to get it launched and we hope both our existing and new customers enjoy using it!”

It is hoped that this new direction in both design and website layout will help the brand reconnect with young fashion shoppers.
