The Tom Ford brand may have been on the market for some time, but the designer has chosen

to open his UK standalone boutique, in addition to his shop-in-shops in Harrods and Selfridges.

The new London store will be the brand's 8th standalone boutique, after Milan, New York, Beijing, Beverly Hills and Las Vegas and two stores in Paris.

Last month Ford opened his second store in Paris at 376 rue Saint-Honoré which features both women’s and menswear, as well beauty fragrance and spectacles.

The new store, formerly occupied by Zegna, was designed by architect Simon Ibgui, who was also responsible for the design of the Tom Ford’s first Paris store.

Tom Ford's distribution operates across 67 outlets across the world, including department stores, boutiques and the brand’s own stores.

The new store will open on London's Sloane Street.
