Miu Miu fashion week bags

Luxury fashion label Miu Miu is launching a limited-edition collection of one-off handbags in each of the fashion capitals - New York, London, Milan, and Paris, which will launch in line with the autumn/winter 2012 fashion week calendar.

The Italian label is releasing 46 completely unique hand-made bags, which are jewel-like in size, and feature 17 different material combinations including crocodile, ostrich, tejus and python, which have been intricately combined with lurex jacquard and sablè, patch brocade, linen and glitter.

Each one-off bag will be certified by a special ID card and a mini book résumé showing all the 46 possible variations.

Select bags will be dedicated to each fashion capital and will be available at Miu Miu boutiques in New York 57th Street and Prince Street, London in New Bond Street, Milan in Via Sant’Andrea and Paris in Rue Saint Honore.
