Target has announced the collaborator for its latest budget-friendly designer collection: Prabal Gurung – the Singapore-born designer who recently made headlines when Kate Middleton wore of his creations.

"I am so thrilled to be working with Target on a collection that brings my designs to a wider audience," the designer says in a statement. "This collection was inspired by love and if Target's guests can feel even a little bit of the love that I felt while I was designing this collection, then I will consider it a job well done."

Gurung is creating a limited-edition collection of women's ready-to-wear and accessories. Target released a first look at the collection, showing a model wearing a floral-printed ensemble. The 80-piece collection will range in price from 19.99 to 199.99 dollar for apparel and 12.99 to 39.99 dollar for accessories, according to Vogue.

The collection will be available in Target stores and on Target.com Feb. 10 through March 23, 2013. Gurung joins a list of Target collaborators that includes Derek Lam, Jason Wu, Missoni, Tory Burch and Proenza Schouler.
