The Company operates hundreds of stores in several states in the Northeast, Midwest and upper Great Plains under the Bon-Ton, Bergner’s, Boston Store, Carson’s, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s and Younkers nameplates, predominately located in fashion-oriented shopping malls and lifestyle centers, encompassing a total of approximately 25 million square feet. The Company has two operating segments: stores and eCommerce. The Company’s merchandise assortment includes nationally distributed brands and its private brands.
