The Company sells mid-to-premium women's footwear through its licensed brand, Naturalizer. To expand the Company’s brand portfolio and further increase its women's footwear market coverage, the Company became the principal distributor of ASH and JC branded women’s footwear. The Company has one operating subsidiary named the Group is the retailer of mid-to-premium women's formal and casual footwear in China. Company’s self-developed brands and licensed brands products are distributed through department stores and independent retail stores in China and also acts as an OEM or ODM manufacturer for international shoes companies in export markets.
