Collectief Circulair Textiel

Collective Circular Textile (CCT) is a non-profit producer organisation, founded by environmental organisation Fair Resource Foundation. It is the first producer responsibility organisation in Europe to be established by an environmental organisation. As a nonprofit organisation CCT has no shareholders and no hidden interests. Through progress reports, newsletters, and collective sessions, CCT is transparent about performance, decision-making, and finances. The producer organisation steers towards the highest possible quality of processing, using the R-ladder as its framework. CCT works towards an ecosystem in which life cycle extension becomes the norm rather than the exception, and producers and service providers collaborate directly. Where many producer organisations treat the EPR obligation as the finish line, CCT goes further and in this way aims to be a collective that makes transition tangible.
