Lucky Brand Jeans

Lucky Brand Jeans is a denim company founded in Vernon, California, United States in 1990 by Gene Montesano and Barry Perlman. Lucky also produces sportswear, outerwear, T-shirts and active wear. Lucky Brand products are available through the 150 company-owned stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and three company-owned stores in Europe. The denim products can also be bought in Canada, the United Arab Emirates as well as in Australia (in David Jones department stores). In December 2013, Leonard Green & Partners acquired Lucky Brand Jeans for 225 million dollar from Fifth & Pacific Companies.
