PIONEER

"Our principle for success is simple. We make jeans wearable." With this motto, company founder Jan Ahlers produced the first jeans of the PIONEER brand in 1977. It was the heyday of flower power and hippies. "Denim pants" were protest and subculture, but far from being part of "middle-class" fashion.
