PVH Retail refers to the stores and retail division of the PVH Corporation. PVH acquired Calvin Klein in 2003 followed by Tommy Hilfiger, seven years later and most recently, The Warnaco Group, Inc. in February 2013. Today, the company is one of the largest branded lifestyle apparel companies in the world, with a diversified portfolio of iconic lifestyle apparel brands, led by Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
