The Graduate Fashion Foundation has partnered with the housing and homelessness charity Shelter to launch the Fashion For Social Change Award 2022.

The competition was created for students in Graduate Fashion Week Foundation member universities and there will be one winner and two runner-ups featured in a display during Graduate Fashion Week at Coal Drops Yard.

The challenge for students is to create and develop ideas around the theme of ‘activism’ for housing rights and the following subcategories can be used to focus the concept: build more social housing, housing emergency and renters’ rights.

The project could also include the following: branding, design, digital, marketing, photography, public relations, print and styling.

The entry deadline is 31 March 2022.
