IED Barcelona among the 100 best fashion schools

The international business magazine CeoWorld has published its list of 'The Best Fashion Schools in the World of 2021' and IED Barcelona was the only Spanish school among the 100 best fashion schools, it ranked 96 (58.62 points).

CeoWorld had the knowledge of 185,000 industry professionals from the world of fashion to create the ranking list. Many factors were taken into consideration when ranking the schools including the student placement rate, the influence perceived by schools at an international level, the response of recruiters, the academic experience and reputation, among others.

Some of the IED Barcelona graduates have made a mark on the international fashion scene including Cynthia Buttenklepper at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Mexico City, Luis de Javier and Álvaro Mars at London Fashion Week (LFW) and Prisca Franchetti at New York Fashion Week (NYFW).
