Individuals, the label designed by the third and fourth year students at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI), recently presented their Spring/Summer collection in Loods 6, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The collection is said to have designed to act as "a reaction against the loud and aggressive sounds that responded to the many (social) problems that are happening in the world." Individuals latest collection was also created as a response to developments in the industry and the contemporary zeitgeist. "You do not have to shout to be heard," said the label shownotes.

The show opened with strong dark colors, signifying the hardness and aggression of hooligans imagined, and ended with soft and bright colors such as gray, nude and white, referring to the powerful muse of Individuals. The collection was characterized by soft rounded lines, matt fabrics and embroideries pronounced. Embroidered mesh imagined a sporting hooligan, but at the same time referred to romantic embroidered dresses, like a muse.

Individuals launched for the first time see now buy now system; Through the 'Exit Through the Store'. after the catwalk show this year, during which guests were given the opportunity to purchase the items immediately. In the shop, both key pieces were available as well as items from previous collections. Unsurprisingly, visitors jumped on the racks with clothes almost immediately after the show closed. A number of items were "marked down by a 50 per cent discount" for the day only, but it is not disclosed how many items were sold after the show.

The collection Spring/Summer 2017 is currently on sale from February 2017 at the AMFI Statement Store in Amsterdam, as well as the Outspoken Concept Store in 's-Hertogenbosch and the webshop Outspoken.
