Istituto Marangoni has collaborated with Harper’s Bazaar Arabia to fund a scholarship programme entitled ‘Innovating Local Heritage Craft in Fashion and Design’.
Applicants must submit a project reviewing the programme's title: Innovating Local Heritage Craft in Fashion and Design. The application will provide five topics for applicants to explore the role of fashion in Middle Eastern craftsmanship and suggest how it can be given a modern twist.
Students from Gulf Area Countries, including Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, are open to apply to the scholarship programme.
The initiative will offer ten scholarships at a 50 percent deduction of the tuition fees for any bachelor programmes at Istituto Marangoni Dubai, beginning in September 2022.
Additionally, five scholarships will be provided at a 50 percent deduction of the tuition fees for any bachelor programmes at the Istituto Marangoni European schools starting in October 2022.
Applications for the scholarship close on 8 May.
