Ravensbourne University London has launched a festival surrounding entrepreneurship and employability entitled ‘I AM_________’ designed to help final-year students plan their future due to the challenges presented by Covid-19.

The aim of the four-day event curated by the advertising and brand design BA is open to all students from Ravensbourne University London and students in other creative courses to receive advice from industry professionals and to explore employment and entrepreneurship topics.

Derek Yates, course leader for the advertising and brand design course, said in a statement: “The pandemic has been tough for all students, particularly third years, but I think they will emerge into a time of change and opportunity. ‘I AM_________’ is designed to inspire them to shape their own path and carve out their own success."

Guest speakers at the event include the art director of Off White, creative director of BBC Creative, creative director at Faber Books Donna Payne and others.

The festival is from 20-23 April and all talks will take place over Zoom.
