Ecole Internationale de Mode et Luxe (EIDM) has been acquired by the Ace Education to continue the group’s expansion in France.

Ace Education aims to train students in “passion-subject” vocational disciplines through its variety of schools, including AMOS and ESBS for sports business, CMH for the hospitality industry, and ESDAC for applied arts. The acquisition of EIDM will allow its students the opportunity to discover the business of fashion and luxury.

EIDM will benefit from the acquisition as Ace Education will help sustain the school's growth and help provide more international programs with full coverage of the fashion industry value chain.

Sylvestre Louis, CEO of ACE Education, said in a statement: “We are delighted to welcome EIDM to the Ace Education Group. EIDM sees a strong fit with the other schools in the Group, particularly with our design school ESDAC.

“This is also a real opportunity to support the growth of EIDM, which has increased its student population fourfold since 2018.”

The group has now acquired 31 campuses that have more than 5,000 students in France.
