Schools

The Sarabande Foundation has opened applications for its studio spaces. The Sarabande Foundation, named after Alexander McQueen’s 2007 Spring Collection, helps and supports new design talent and is located in Haggerston, East London.

Sarabande offers both scholarships and affordable studios to designers, artists, and craftspeople at the beginning of their careers. The studios range from 50 square feet to 170 square feet and are priced at 1 pound per square foot per month. The cost includes all utilities, use of communal spaces & equipment, free professional services, bespoke mentoring, and free access to all events at the foundation.

Since 2012, Sarabande has supported more than 100 creatives with studio space, as well as scholarships to attend Central Saint Martins and UCL’s Slade School of Fine Art.
