A new exhibition in Madrid features 25 outfits designed by fashion students from Instituto Europeo di Design (IED Madrid). They were asked to reinterpret classic designs by Crístobal Balenciaga, the Spanish Basque fashion designer who founded the Balenciaga fashion house. Titled “Balenciaga: Presente, Pasado y Futuro” (Balenciaga: Past, Present and Future), the exhibition runs between February 20-25 at The Royal Tapestry Fabric in Madrid. Free entrance.
