LCI Barcelona has invested 35 million euros into its new design and visual arts campus in the 22@ district in Poblenou, Barcelona.

The new 11,000 m2 campus will hold around 2,000 students. It will have new facilities including the latest technologies for training in animation, fashion, graphic design, interior design, photography, product and video games.

The district of Poblenou was chosen to be the location for the new campus as there are more than 1,500 companies and start-ups linked to the media, ICTs and digital transformation that are specifically aimed toward creativity, design, innovation and technology.

Additonally, the location was chosen so that LCI Barcelona could share experiences with institutions such as Museu del Disseny, Barcelona's institute of culture.

The campus works will be concluded by the end of 2023 and will welcome students in 2024.
