Monat donates funds to youth education and mentorship programmes

Monat Global Corp, a hair, skincare and wellness brand, has donated 300,000 dollars to fund youth education and mentorship programmes globally.

The donation was raised by sales of Pamper Me Duo products that included the More than a Mist by Monat and More than a Lather by Monat.

Non-profit organisations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada were distributed 100 percent of the net profits as grants through Monat’s philanthropic entity entitled Monat Gratitude.

Lu UrdanetBa, Monat’s global chief culture officer and Monat’s gratitude CEO, said in a statement: “Big Brothers Big Sisters is a leading organisation helping children realise their potential and build their futures, and it’s an honour to support their programming in the U.S. and Canada.

“I’m always inspired by the passion of our independent salesforce in generating awareness around our fundraising initiatives, like the Pamper Me Duo, that allow us to provide grants to these deserving organisations.
