Students Fashion Design Institut to show Graduation Collection in Paris

Students from the Fashion Design Institut will present their Fall/ Winter 2017/2018 collection in Paris. On July 5 more than 30 young fashion designers will present their collection in the cathedral Oratoire du Louvre. The models present new forms and silhouettes, as well as innovative designs.

The show will start at 1 p.m. and will show some different designs like an Avant- garde collection inspired by architecture and geometric forms. Alina Hache is experimenting with different techniques and materials and creates looks with a new silhouette, but still wearable. Jennifer Ekaba will show a casual and strong message. A touch of sportiness and oversized details present a new interpretation of femininity. Deidree K. is a fancy creation of wearable fashion design. She will show knitwear in a new and modern way. Every single piece is hand woven to show the luxury site of these old technique.

The FDI, based in Düsseldorf, Germany, is one of the most innovative schools of design in Germany offering the 2 study paths 'Fashion Design and Dressmaking' and 'Fashion-Journalism'. The studies are government-recognised.
