Swarovski Foundation launches second edition of Creatives for Our Future program

The Swarovski Foundation has launched the application process for the second edition of its ‘Creatives for Our Future’ program.

Eligible applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 31 and wish to focus on one of the following areas: architecture, art, design, engineering, fashion, science, or technology.

To apply, applicants must present an innovative way to speed up awareness, solutions, or technologies for sustainable development in their chosen industry.

The selected participants will first attend the United Nations General Assembly in September in New York. The official program will begin in October 2022 with master classes, online mentor sessions, and online mid-program check-ins. It will finish in March 2023.

Marisa Schiestl-Swarovski, chair of the Swarovski Foundation, said in a statement: “We are proud to announce the second year of the Swarovski Foundation’s ‘Creatives for Our Future’ program with an advisor for the United Nations Office for Partnerships,, and as part of our ongoing mission to foster education, creativity and a sustainable future.

“Financial support is paired with an education program and tailored mentorship in collaboration with our global advocates to empower the next generation of creative talent to unlock innovative new approaches to global sustainability challenges.”

Applications close on August 8, 2022.
