As an Intern, Sales Support, you will:

Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring that Clients are warmly welcomed and assisted in line with the Tiffany brand.
Support the sales team in improving the client experience by enhancing store hospitality and personalized services, with the goal of positively impacting both sales and client satisfaction.
Assist with engraving stations and ensure clients special requests are handled efficiently.
Manage floor waiting lists and ensure accurate communication with clients regarding wait times.
Ensure the hospitality area is well-stocked, organized, and clean, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
Communicate any potential service issues to management to ensure smooth client interactions.
Assist with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, while assisting with transaction processes after clients make purchase decisions.
Support the operations team in following policies and procedures to ensure optimal store operations.
Help with inventory management and special projects as needed.

Experience Required:

Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (i.e., hospitality, etc.) is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing excellent client service and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
