WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Supply Chain Specialist II will work closely with the Supply Chain Specialist I and Business Analyst within the immediate team. They will be working cross-functionally, both internally and externally, with our Logistics & Transportation partner, Sales partner, and Account stakeholders. They will report to the Marketplace Supply Chain Manager in North America MSC.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist II to join the Nike Team!
A Supply Chain Specialist II on the Nike Marketplace Partners team will be the Marketplace Supply Chain business owner focusing on managing a healthy orderbook and driving optimal delivery performance for our Partners. They will manage the day-to-day supply chain operations and work closely with our Transportation and Distribution Center teams. They will deliver seasonal plans and meet financial objectives. They will collaborate with and influence cross-functional supply chain and commercial teams both internally and externally to optimize our order book.
We are looking for a proactive individual with knowledge and experience in supply chain who will support our quest to always be on the offense.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
- Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
- Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau
- Ability to challenge the status quo and curate short and long-term supply chain strategies to support continuous improvements
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be an account owner for one of Nike Marketplace Partners accounts. You will work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and at times ambiguous environment where being proactive is key. You will lead with consumer first and omni-channel mindset to deliver market competitive speed across all orders. Peer mentoring and training is also expected in this role.
In this role, a Supply Chain Specialist II is expected to:
- Build expertise in Partners’ business requirements, routing guides, vendor agreements, and supply chain capabilities.
- Conduct operational call, orderbook audits, and order writing workshops to influence Partner order writing behavior and maximize supply chain efficiencies.
- Work across NMP teams to develop, leverage, and streamline best practices.
- Monitor key KPIs by partnering with Business Analyst on ship goal forecast and escalate risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Provide critical insights to Ship to Plan processes by collaborating closely with internal logistics and commercial teams, and external supply chain teams.
- Drive standard reporting to provide order tracking in season and forward looking to ensure on time delivery and efficient supply chain flow.
