Phillip Lim to show in Paris

New York based designer Phillip Lim decided to show his AW11 collection on the Parisian

catwalk instead of the one in his hometown. The Thailand born fashion designers has been showing during New York Fashion Week since spring 2007. His collection will be presented on 22nd January at Hôtel de la Monnaie, according to WWD.

Phillip Lim was awarded with the Council of Fashion Designers of America Emerging Talent in Womenswear in 2007 for his work as creative director of 3.1 Phillip Lim. The label was launched two years earlier and is currently available at nearly 400 stores spread over 45 countries.
