Hello! SkinnyJeans appoint UK distributor

To broaden its market in the UK and Ireland, hello! SkinnyJeans has appointed Intimates Lingerie as main distributor for its denim brand, hello! SkinnyJeans. The agreement will see this leading denim retailer grow in brand presence through

Intimates Lingerie’s comprehensive business model.

Based in Cranbrook, Kent, Intimates Lingerie is one of the leading suppliers of lingerie, shapewear, sleepwear and swimwear, and its products and client base have grown significantly within the market over the years. The decision to appoint Intimates Lingerie as UK and Ireland distributor comes from its strong track record in sales and service.

Founded four years ago by former California-based lawyer Catherine Hart (Hart was dissatisfied with how unflattering designer blue jeans were), hello! SkinnyJeans is now a successful global brand. The jeans are designed to fit most average-sized women - strictly built to make you look thinner - and boast a number of celebrity fans including Oprah Winfrey and Tyra Banks.

Commenting on the future, Hart says: “Each year we add new washes, sizes and cuts while always keeping true to ourselves – we are not a ‘fashion’ or ‘trend’ jean. We will remain a beautiful, classic jean that will never go out of style and that makes you
look thinner.”
