LFW: Roksanda Ilincic AW12

Roksanda Ilincic has quietly made herself a stalwart of London Fashion Week. Her read-to-wear usually comes in an explosion of colour, and for Fall it was rich in jewel tones, greys and checks. The focus, it seemed, was on silhouette and shapes. Ilincic proved with this collection that not only can she design, but can also produce a commercial line that will have her loyal customers - and new ones - delighted to wear her flattering, feminine pieces.

The sportswear element seen in many shows was also present at Ilincic, with zip detailing on the back of dresses, hooded tops and parkas. But always languid and in exquisite fabrics.
