A dizzying design of black polka dots decorates the façade at Louis Vuitton's flagship Fifth Avenue store in New York, after the unveiling of windows and a collection collaboratively designed by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama and Vuitton creative director Marc Jacobs. Also, a wax model of the 83-year old artist is displayed in the windows.

“The number of dots is so obsessive, no one can count them,” said Louis Vuitton chairman and CEO Yves Carcelle a few minutes before he did the honors on Tuesday, flanked by two babes dressed in white uniforms and flame-colored blunt bob wigs to match Kusama’s hairdo, according to WWD. Kusama made a grand entrance via polka-dotted wheelchair.

While New York got a first look at the new line, other cities will have to wait until Friday, when pop-up stores open in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Paris and London. Kusama products will be sold in all 453 Louis Vuitton stores.
