The range, which will see over 220 products, will feature the Italian knitwear brand's famous zig zag design on everything from womenswear to homeware and accessories. Dresses, bicycles, pillows and cook wear are just some of the items available.
“We are so thrilled to have worked on this project - never before have Missoni agreed to build an exclusive range with an Australian retail brand,” Target’s managing director Stuart Machin told the Courier Mail.
Angela Missoni said she felt the Australian market was the perfect fit for a collaboration: “Australian people have a lifestyle that is very similar to ours; we love nature, we love to be at ease, we are relaxed, we enjoy certain parts of life the same way and we both have a strong understanding of family,” she said.
The collection will launch in store from October.
