Felipe Oliveira Baptista presented a collection combining all sorts of textures, weights and materials. A few silhouettes were set with abstract reptile prints, and other came in monochrome, laser cut scales. Collars and cuffs embroidered as integrated ornaments completed his creations. His trompe-l’oeil day dresses and high waist trousers in dark shades were the highlight of Baptista's somewhat sober collection. September 2011 will see his debut at Lacoste.
